Imagicom, creator and producer of "A Wedding Wish", maintains the highest quality standards to ensure that your unique and personal gift is accurate and "one of a kind" for the bride and/or groom.

In the event that your gift is produced in error compared to the information that you provide while placing your order, i.e., misspelling of a name, wrong wedding date, etc.) Imagicom will replace the incorrect print with a corrected print,at no charge to you.

Imagicom will not be responsible for credits of merchandise produced with information that is consistent with that information approved while ordering,and verified via confirmation process.

Imagicom is not responsible for any breakage of framing while shipment is in transit. ALL shipments are insured via Federal Express.

If there is an error with the print itself, please mail the PRINT ONLY, without framing. A corrected print will be return mailed to you at no charge.
